2007年8月，上海惊雷网络公司正式为国内著名民营企业“亚成机构”制作国际标准的英文网站，并对该网站进行全方位的海外搜索引擎优化。

1989年，亚成机构在安徽省容国市成立，成立之初公司仅有三人。

1992年，亚成机构将总公司搬到了上海，并且配备了先进的回火炉、绝缘玻璃和夹层玻璃的生产线。至此，亚成正式进入玻璃加工业领域。

1994年，亚成机构已经成长为中国东部玻璃加工业的主导企业。

2001年，亚成机构投入巨资研发电子镇流器的IC 芯片，致力于高功率因素但是更加具有竞争力价格的产品。

2006年，IC芯片研制成功，开始涉足荧光灯和节能灯领域。

2007年，开始与各政府和企业接触，致在全力推进电感式镇流器的改造项目。
